slow wifinespresso pods
The wifi was really slow. I couldn't even load webpages easily. the nespresso pods and cups were not replenished daily. this was pretty annoying since i expect that kind of service when i pay so much.

i greatly appreciated the new restaurant. it featured five-star food and a very nice atmosphere. the pancakes and flat white i ordered were delicious. ken at the front desk also were pretty good too arrange transport to the airport for my elderly mother.
i found the hotel lacked coffee makers. there was also no complimentary water in the room. these absences were a minor inconvenience.

the location was very central. i could easily walk to many attractions. the restaurant downstairs provided a classy atmosphere and very tasty food. the bar had great cocktails.
the room was very cold. i had to move from the first room. i was given. the heating was noisy AND unpredictable. SOME lights were not working properly.

I found the room to be exceedingly clean. i also appreciated the cozy atmosphere present in the lobby. Its scent was lovely. the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and transport.
The daily extra charge for services like the gym felt a bit steep, especially since i did not intend to use all the offered amenities.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Rosa quickly assisted with a room change and personally delivered the new keys. I am IMPRESSED by this efficiency and personal touch, very much appreciated .
